Leaving a Review

Reviews help other clients find great providers and help providers build their reputation on the platform.

When can I leave a review?

After your provider marks the service as complete, you'll be prompted to leave a review. You can also find past bookings on your dashboard and leave a review from there.

What's in a review?

You'll rate your experience from 1 to 5 stars and can add a written comment. Your review will include the service category and date, but your full name is not displayed to protect your privacy.

Can I edit or delete a review?

Once submitted, reviews can't be edited. If you made an error or need a review removed, reach out to Anixiv Support through the support thread in your messages.

Do reviews matter?

They really do. Providers with higher ratings and more reviews rank higher in search results and on the browse page. Your honest feedback directly shapes the quality of the marketplace.
