Auto-Bid

Auto-Bid automatically places bids on qualifying requests in your service categories, so you never miss an opportunity even when you're not actively checking the app.

How it works

When a new request comes in that matches your services, location, and availability, Auto-Bid submits a bid on your behalf. The bid includes a customizable default message and a price calculated from your base rates.

Setting your base rates

Before enabling Auto-Bid, set your base rates for each service category in Settings under Auto-Bid. These are your starting prices. Auto-Bid will bid at these rates unless the request falls outside your criteria.

Customizing Auto-Bid

You can configure Auto-Bid to:

  • Only bid on requests within certain zip codes or a radius from your location
  • Exclude specific days or times
  • Set minimum and maximum service prices
  • Pause Auto-Bid during busy periods

  • Reviewing auto-bids

Every bid placed by Auto-Bid shows up in your bids list the same way a manual bid does. You can edit the price or message before the bid window closes. If a client accepts, you'll be notified exactly like a manual booking.

    Turning Auto-Bid off

You can pause or disable Auto-Bid anytime from Settings under Auto-Bid. Existing bids placed by Auto-Bid are not affected.

    When Auto-Bid won't bid

Auto-Bid skips requests where you already have a booking that overlaps the appointment time, where the budget is below your minimum rate, and where the location falls outside your service area.
