Flex Pay: Accepting Cash Payments


Flex Pay is an optional add-on subscription ($29.99/month) that lets you accept cash and off-platform payments on marketplace and direct link bookings.


What Flex Pay enables


With Flex Pay active, you can collect the remaining balance (after the deposit) in cash, Venmo, Zelle, or any other method you prefer. The deposit is still collected by card at booking through Stripe. You handle the balance at the appointment.


Without Flex Pay


On standard bookings, the full service price is collected through Stripe (deposit upfront, remaining balance auto-charged after the service).


My Clients bookings


Your direct clients (booked through My Clients) can always pay cash for free. Flex Pay is only needed for marketplace and direct link bookings.


How to subscribe


Go to Settings, then Payments, and find the Flex Pay section. Tap "Subscribe to Flex Pay." Your subscription starts immediately.


How to cancel


You can cancel anytime from the same Flex Pay section in Settings. Access continues through the end of your current billing period. Existing cash bookings are not affected.


Does Flex Pay change my fee rate?


No. Your platform fee is still based on client source (15% first marketplace client, 10% returning, 5% direct link, 0% My Clients). Flex Pay only changes how the remaining balance is collected.
