Getting Started as a Provider

Welcome to Anixiv. Once you're approved, here's everything you need to do before your first booking.

1. Set up payouts

Before you can receive payments, connect your bank account through Stripe. Go to Settings, then Payments, and tap "Start payout setup." The process takes about 5 minutes. See the Setting Up Your Payout Account article for a full step-by-step walkthrough.

2. Add your profile photo and portfolio

Providers with photos and portfolio work get significantly more bids from clients. Go to Settings and upload a clear headshot and examples of your best work.

3. Set your services

In Settings, choose the service categories you offer (Hair, Nails, Lashes and Brows, Makeup, Skincare, Body and Wellness). The more specific you are, the better your request matching will be.

4. Connect your calendar (optional but recommended)

Syncing your Google or Apple calendar lets Anixiv avoid booking conflicts. Go to Calendar in your provider settings to connect.

5. Set your availability and location preferences

Specify whether you're mobile (you travel to clients), studio-based (clients come to you), or both. This affects which requests you see in your feed.

6. Browse open requests

Once your profile is complete, go to Marketplace to see open requests in your service categories. Start placing bids on requests that are a good fit.

Your first bid

Your bid should include your price, estimated service time, and a short message about your approach and relevant experience. Clients read these carefully, so personalize it when you can.
