Reviews and Ratings.

Reviews and Ratings

Your rating is one of the most important factors clients use when choosing a provider. Here's how it works and how to build a strong one.

How ratings work

After each completed service, clients can rate their experience from 1 to 5 stars and leave a written comment. Your overall rating is the average of all your reviews.

How reviews affect you

Your rating is displayed on your profile, in bid results, and on the browse page. Higher-rated providers rank better in search results and are more likely to be selected when clients compare bids.

Can I respond to a review?

Not directly on the review itself. If you have a concern about a review, reach out through your Anixiv Support thread. We review disputes and can remove reviews that violate our policies (fake, harassing, or clearly inaccurate).

Building your rating

The best way to build a strong rating is simple: show up on time, deliver what you promised, and communicate well. Clients also appreciate providers who follow up during the appointment to make sure they're happy.

Asking for reviews

After each completed service, clients are automatically prompted to leave a review. You can also mention it at the end of the appointment: "I'd really appreciate a review on Anixiv if you enjoyed the service."

Negative reviews

A single negative review doesn't define you, especially as you accumulate more. Address any issues directly with the client first. If the review is based on a misunderstanding, you can ask for mediation through Support.
