Cancellations and Refunds
Things come up. Here's how cancellations work on Anixiv.
How to cancel
Go to your upcoming bookings on your dashboard, open the booking you need to cancel, and tap "Cancel booking." You'll be asked to confirm and can optionally leave a reason.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit is eligible for a refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable and the provider keeps it. This protects providers who have already set aside time, supplies, and travel for your appointment.
How refunds work
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
What if my provider cancels?
If your provider cancels on you, your deposit is fully refunded regardless of timing. You'll be notified immediately and can rebook with a different provider.
What if there's a problem with my service?
If something went wrong with the service itself, don't cancel. Instead, reach out through your Anixiv Support thread in messages. Our team will work with you and the provider to find a resolution.
