How Payments Work.

How Payments Work

Anixiv uses Stripe to handle all payments securely. Here's how the flow works from start to finish.

When you accept a bid

You'll be asked to pay a deposit (typically 50% of the service price) using a credit or debit card. This deposit is charged immediately and confirms your booking. The remaining balance is held on your card but not charged yet.

After your appointment

Once your provider marks the service as complete, the remaining balance is automatically charged to your card. You don't need to do anything extra.

What you pay

You pay exactly the service price your provider quotes. There are no booking fees added by Anixiv. What you see in the bid is what you pay.

Tipping

After your service is complete, you'll have the option to add a tip. Tips go directly to your provider.

Payment methods

Anixiv accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. For marketplace bookings, card payment is required. If your provider offers cash as an option, they'll let you know.

Receipts

You'll receive a confirmation email when your deposit is charged and another when the remaining balance is captured. Both include a full breakdown of the service price and any tip you added.
