How to Contact Support


We're here to help when you need us.


In-app support (fastest)


Every Anixiv account has a permanent "Anixiv Support" thread pinned at the top of your messages. Tap into it anytime to start a conversation with our team. You'll see quick-action options for common issues, and most questions can be resolved right there.


What support can help with


Booking issues or disputes, payment questions, account access problems, reporting a provider, refund requests, feedback or suggestions, and anything else that comes up.


Business hours


Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM MST. Messages sent outside of business hours will be answered the next business day.


Help center


For quick answers, check out our help center at anixiv.com/help. It covers the most common questions and is available 24/7 without logging in.


What support cannot do


We can't make changes to a service after it's been completed, override a provider's pricing, or share a provider's personal contact information. For service quality issues, we'll always try to mediate between you and the provider first.
