Managing Your Account


Your account settings let you update your personal info, payment methods, and notification preferences.


Profile information


Tap your profile icon or go to Account from your dashboard. You can update your name, profile photo, email, phone number, and default location.


Payment methods


Your saved cards are managed through Stripe. You can add, remove, or update cards from the payment section in your account settings. The card used for each booking is saved automatically for future use.


Notifications


You can control which notifications you receive, including bid alerts, booking confirmations, messages, and reminders. We recommend keeping bid alerts and booking reminders on so you don't miss anything.


Deleting your account


If you need to delete your account, reach out through your Anixiv Support thread. Account deletion is permanent and removes your booking history, reviews, and saved information.
