What to Expect on Appointment Day
Your booking is confirmed and the day has arrived. Here's how it goes.
Before the appointment
Double-check your booking details in the app (time, location, any notes you added). If you're hosting at your place, make sure the space is ready. If you're going to them, confirm the address in your messages. Your provider may message you with any last-minute prep instructions.
During the appointment
Your provider will arrive at the agreed time and location. If they're running late, they should message you through the app. The service will follow what you discussed in your request and messages. If anything changes during the appointment (like adding an extra service), your provider can adjust the scope and price with your approval.
After the appointment
Your provider will mark the service as complete in the app. At that point, the remaining balance is charged to your card. You'll be prompted to leave a review and optionally add a tip. Take a moment to rate your experience since it helps the whole community.
What if something goes wrong?
If the service wasn't what you expected, or if there's an issue, don't leave a review out of frustration. Message your provider first to see if they can make it right. If you can't resolve it directly, reach out through your Anixiv Support thread and our team will step in.
